I'm interested in fashion and editorial shoots where I can maintain a degree of spontaneity - I don't like to plan too much ahead and leave room for improvisation. I mainly shoot outdoors, but enjoy the hotel room shoot. Active in NYC and the CT coastline, have passport, will travel.
I am always looking to work with great, innovative fashion designers, as well as open-minded models with interesting looks and fashion industry measurements, makeup artists, and hair and wardrobe stylists for editorial, catalog and runway work. I also occasionally shoot alt-erotica with tattooed and pierced models who have interesting looks. I don't always use a so-called "pro" camera, I may use my iPhone, or my Holga, or a Fuji Quicksnap... whatever suits the feel of the shoot.
I only pay models if I am casting for a client who is paying. If I get paid you get paid. If I contact you I am always upfront about compensation. Trade shoots now carry a small sitting fee to weed out the no-shows.
I am focussing on paid assignments at this time. You are invited to inquire about my rates, which are affordable, even in this economy. I will work with your budget.
