Who went to IMATS in Pasadena this year?
Donna Mee did an outstanding class on contouring and Eve Pearls class on HD makeup blew my mind.

I missed IMATS this year but I've worked with Donna Mee before. She's an amazing teacher and makeup artist...
Did you go to Empire Makeup Academy where she teaches/owns?

I didn't go there. The makeup show was pure craziness. Saw a lot of amazing stuff and also a lot of not so cool stuff (i.e. drawn on eye brows, etc).
Eve Pearl did a great class on HD makeup for aged skin. Basically, she made a 50 year old woman look 30. It was incredible. I'm pretty sure its the same stuff she teaches in her book though.
Donna spoke about the science behind contouring... Just soaking up the knowledge. It was good stuff.
